Oh Spurline Rd. Open House

Jacksonville, FL - Just one day prior to the Open house & Cupcakes event at the Spurline Dr. townhome my seller and I receive a contingent offer. IT's right in the strikezone and even though we have a long way to go on the calendar it would just figure that this would put it's shine on tomorrow's open house.

Already a contingent offer.... Contingent on simply one person's approval after viewing tomorrow... Cancel the open house? Heck No! There will be cupcakes there and I, for one, am not going to cancel on cupcakes!

So who's coming to get some cupcakes and information on the community's surrounding?! I certainly cant eat all of them myself.
