Just north of Jacksonville on I-95 is Nassau County, where Yulee, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach can be found and just 30 minutes north of greater Downtown Jacksonville. This area is well known as a resort locale with exclusive oceanfront homes and intracoastal waterfront property as well as more affordable areas in Yulee, FL just to the west of the intracoastal.
