Brian A. Martin

Brian brings a solid foundation of knowledge and experience to Northeast Florida. He has worked on many sides of real estate transactions, starting his real estate career in property management before moving into commercial real estate and new home sales. Being licensed in 2001, he began his experience in Atlanta, Georgia with a national home builder as an area sales manager. Within four years, he was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for the North Florida division of Centex Homes. Having broad experience in multiple facets of the real estate industry, Brian is excited to bring his passion and expertise to buyers and sellers in Northeast Florida.
