Georgina Essa

Georgina was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is one of five children and has a huge extended family. Being raised around an immense family of entrepreneurs, the value of teamwork and leadership is in her DNA. In college, she studied Supervision and Business Management, with a minor in Fine Arts. Her eclectic background combining strategy and empathy was a strength as she excelled in Corporate America's financial world for over 10 years. She worked in management within various Real Estate departments helping customers behind the scene. Eventually, her desire to help people face-to-face through her own business grew strong enough to make a career change and Real Estate was the next step. Georgina's ability to listen to details, see the big picture, and nurture her clients through a challenging transaction now matched her systems skillset, and that's why her new career took off so quickly. She loves the fact that she can literally help people change their lives through her Real Estate business; whether it's buying a first home, upgrading to a larger home or helping her clients retire by selling their commercial properties. She is there for the milestones and never takes that for granted. When she's not helping others, she's using her fine arts expertise to create beautiful artwork which you'll find throughout her home as well as her family members homes. She's also always designing new spaces in her own home as well as helping family and friends with their remodeling projects. Every time she finds a fun and creative way to upgrade her own home, she shares it with her clients! (Those little details are what help her clients close on their homes faster and at the price they're hoping for!) She and her husband Michael, married in 2009, have two loving children, Julianna and Nicholas. Together, they love spending time with their families and taking spontaneous vacations when they have free time.
