Tim and I were moving from Wisconsin to Florida (not a small move) and our Son said he would help to get the “ball rolling”. He went online and put in his information regarding the move. Within minutes he received a call from Jody and she spent the weekend looking for information and properties to forward to us. Ours was a little different than most requests; we were making this move more for my husband’s health and also we wanted a home that would accommodate an in-law area, as our son and daughter-in-law were making the move with us. She spent countless hours showing us homes and areas. We settled on new construction (contingent on the sale of our home in WI). Needless to say, the home didn’t sell with the realtor that we had and we lost the home. Jody never wavered and said there is another home out there for you. We found another home in a different location with the same builder. Jody attended all the meetings and would go and take pictures on the progress of the home. She would meet with the builder on our behalf and attend any walk thru that was scheduled. Our WI home sold with a quick closing in time to close on the FL home.
We cannot say enough about Jody. God was looking out for us and gave us one “exceptional”s Realtor. She is like family now and we hope to stay in close contact with her.
