Josh Cotton

Josh is the Co-Team lead of The Cotton Team 904 with his wife Katelynn. He brings over a decade of comprehensive sales and customer service as a Co-Team Lead. He believes it's vital to have the utmost integrity, honesty, and client-centered communication from beginning to end to provide a top-tier, 5-star experience.

He will accommodate all clients but specializes in working with first time home buyers and works hard to find his clients their dream home as their dedicated buyer's agent. Will educate and keep them informed throughout the entire process from search and to close.

Josh also has a passion for working with Investors and finding great opportunities for flipping. He spends a lot of time studying the markets/area to find great opportunities in Jacksonville and St Augustine to invest in. After personally flipping several houses successfully on his own, he has developed a keen eye and vast knowledge in this area. He also works closely with investors interested in building their real estate portfolios for buy & hold strategies, and 1031 Exchanges.
