Atlantic Beach, FL, Neptune Beach, FL and Jacksonville Beach, FL have the Intracoastal Waterway to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to their east. Aquilus is an oceanfront condominium neighborhood in Jax Beach. This upscale complex consists of three different buildings with condos ranging from 1,1778 to 3,646. There’s parking for each unit, a fitness center, a community pool, and don’t forget the ocean!
Ocean Cay is a beautiful neighborhood just a few blocks from the ocean. The homes range from 1,700-2,900 square feet and are mostly built around the year 2000. With 180 homes all moderately priced, you’re only a few blocks from shopping and dining. The neighborhood amenities include a large community pool and clubhouse.
Rip Tide is a palm-filled neighborhood just a mile from the Atlantic Ocean. An older neighborhood, the homes are well maintained ranging from 1,500-3,000 square feet. With easy access to J. Atlantic Beach is a gorgeous beach town on the Atlantic Ocean. The woods of Hannah Park are nearby for nature lovers and the marshes along the Intracoastal Waterway allow for fishing, kayaking, and some beautiful views. Shopping and nightlife are abundant, and because Atlantic Beach stretches only about 25 blocks, you’ll find this close-knit community of about 14,000 residents to be a perfect blend of fun and serenity.

Ocean Village is a condo community and it’s just steps from the beach. Situated on the ocean, many of the homes include a view of the ocean itself. Sea Gardens is another oceanfront community, this time townhomes with a private boardwalk down to the sandy white beach. The community oceanfront deck, covered parking, and outdoor shopping make living on the ocean a breeze.
Oceanwalk is a residential neighborhood just south of Hanna Park. With 250 homes only a block or two from the beach, you’ll find properties with mature landscaping and plenty of space, homes ranging from 1,900 to well over 4,000 square feet. With its own community pool and private beach access, you can walk right over the dune to the sandy beaches.
Neptune Beach is the baby of the three Jacksonville beach neighborhoods. With approximately 7,000 residents, it’s a small community-oriented area. It’s only a few blocks from the ocean, Jarboe Park, and Hanna Park!

The best part of the beaches is the entertainment! You’ll find the Beaches Museum to be an interactive, informative, and intriguing look at the history of Jacksonville’s beaches. The Jacksonville Beach Golf Club is the perfect place to play and is one of the only open access courses on the beach. Players By the Sea is a first-class community theatre open for shows and auditions on the beach! The Seawalk Pavillion is a gorgeous outdoor pavilion that hosts concerts, festivals, outdoor movies, and fun for everyone! Of course, there are brewery and distillery tours and tons of restaurants.
