Jillian Brough knew that she would always go above and beyond for her clients, but when Covid-19 hit, she took it to the next level.
A home she'd already helped her client to purchase merely had to finish the transaction with a closing date at the title company. However, because her client couldn't safely attend the closing, Jillian made a way. She emailed digital copies of the closing paperwork to her clients and then sat with them on the phone to go over each page as they signed them on their computer screens. As soon as the transaction was complete, Jillian picked up the keys and drove them over to the new house with her closing gifts. She set them out on the counter, took a picture, and then proceeded to sanitize the home and key so her clients knew they were moving into a safe place. She dropped off the freshly sanitized keys to her clients and texted them the picture of their closing gift!
Her clients were right here in town, but because of the current state of the world, they needed a safer way to close. Jillian not only made that happen, but she made it fun!
