How does this help Real Estate in North Florida you might ask? With Job increases and more confidence in consumers, families will begin making the move that they have been putting off to those New Communities like Nocatee, Durbin Crossing, Julington Creek Plantation, Eagle Landing & Aberdeen. Many current homeowners whose families have started to grow over the last 5 years, have started to outgrow their current homes and now will be looking for larger homes in amenity filled communities. Many of the new developements like the ones stated above, have been including great facilities centered around young families like playgrounds, large aquatic centers, soccer and baseball fields all within the heart of the community. This is finally the right time to start looking to find out what kind of great deals are out there.
