The Best Malls
St. Johns Town Center is by far the best mall with over 120 stores and so much more. Many upscale brand names are found here with shops including Banana Republic, Louis Vuitton, DSW Shoes, BCBS and many others.
Another great mall in Jacksonville is called The Avenues. This is found on the south side of town and includes many shops, such as Ann Taylor, Williams and Sonoma, H&M, Coach and many others. It's also across the street from one of the top family entertainment places, Latitude 30.
If you're looking for the true Florida shopping experience head over to the A1A strip. This is a shopper's dream with plenty of great boutiques and eclectic shops.
Even though Downtown isn't the best place for shopping, you can still find a few great places, such as Jacksonville Landing and the Museum of Contemporary Art Other local shops, including Jacobs Jewelers, Sweet Pete's and Sundrez are all found downtown.
Farmers markets are a great place to get everything from fresh produce to crafts and so much more. The Jacksonville Landing Market provides shoppers with a great place on Fridays, while the Riverside Arts Market is one of the newest choices in the area. Other choices include Jacksonville's Farmers Market on Beaver Street, which is the oldest in the entire state, King Street Farmers Market and Beaches Green Market.
Augustine Premium Outlets and Prime Outlets in St. Augustine are the two outlet malls found within the area. Just a short drive from Jacksonville will provide shopping at stores, such as Coach, Gap, J. Crew, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren and many other great stores.
