Where is Nocatee and it's Real Estate?
Nocatee is a pristine, master-planned coastal community development in luxurious Ponte Vedra, Florida, 32081. This incredible community is minutes from everything, including the big city of Jacksonville.
Nocatee is located just southeast of 95/295, North East Florida’s two largest interstates. State Road 13 and US 1 provide Nocatee residents easy east/west access. Nocatee Parkway is the main thoroughfare through the community of Nocatee, guiding you through the center of everything! The new addition of 9A has in its future plans for an offshoot highway that will soon make Nocatee feel even closer to Jacksonville proper, shaving drive-time to popular locations such as the St. Johns Towncenter to less than 25 minutes.
Directions to Nocatee:
Coming from the west, get on Route US 1 (Phillips Highway from Jacksonville) and head for CR 210 East.
From the east, get on A1A and drive to Ponte Vedra Beach. At the Walgreens intersection turn to go west onto Palm Valley Road (CR 210). After you cross over the intercoastal bridge this road becomes the Nocatee Parkway.
What makes Nocatee so Special?
Approved in 2001, the mission for creating Nocatee was to preserve Florida’s natural beauty while offering an exceptional quality of living for its residents. Far more than just convenient, Nocatee incorporates what its planners call, “Smart Growth.” That means Nocatee offers its residents employment opportunities as well as the traditional master planned community offerings like shopping, schools, recreation, and of course, beautiful homes.
Over 14,000 acres gives Nocatee its biggest edge – space! Everything you need is available right there within the Nocatee community thanks to a Town Center offering grocery stores, shopping, office and retail, and fabulous schools.
Nocatee boasts 7 beautiful parks, a preserve, walking trails, a dog park, a splash pad, and even a zip line! For those who are less inclined to spend quality time outdoors, you’ll love Nocatee’s indoor fitness club. The amenities center offers clubs and activities to Nocatee residents, and those same residents can even enjoy discounts to local Jacksonville events and businesses like the Jacksonville Jaguars Football tickets and the Jacksonville Zoo! It pays to be a Nocatee resident!
